1-9-12 Week at a Glance

Reading/Language: Lesson 15 " A Birthday Suprise" This is a review week.  So all of the spelling words will be familiar and there is no Tic-Tac-Toe this week.

Math: We continue to work within unit 5.  We hope you had a chance to read the family letter.  It has some great information in it.  This week we will  review points, line segments and introduce parallel lines and polygons.

Science: The Pringles can with lid is due Tuesday 1-10-12.  We will continue to learn about the planets and will learn about stars as well.

Social Studies:   This week we will have a test Thursday on unit 2.  A study guide will come home Monday. 

Religion:  We look forward to the children celebrating thier First Reconciliation this week.  We will practice in church with Mrs. Trabbic on Tuesday and she'll be available to answer any questions the children may have.
