Week of February 20-24What a pleasant surprise the 2-hour delay was on Valentine's Day this week! The students in both classes enjoyed their service-themed parties! Mrs. Monagan's class had a Lorax themed party, where they planted trees; and Mrs. Miller's class spent their time making Valentine cards for the folks at The Heartland of Holy Glen Retirement Home. Thank you to both of our room mothers for planning such great parties all year! The upcoming week is another short one! Please enjoy the President's Day holiday with your children. Make sure to read the weekly newsletter carefully to check the dates of tests and quizzes - Wednesday seems to be the magic day this week! Mrs. Monagan's class will be taking the Unit 7 math test on Wednesday.

January 30 - February 3Catholic Schools Week is upon us! This is the week when we get to celebrate the gift of Christ the King School! What an honor it is to work with your children each day! We appreciate all of the sacrifices that you make so that your children can grow and learn in a Catholic environment!
There will be mystery readers each morning, a CK spirit day on Tuesday, Jump for Hearts (and free jeans) on Thursday, and a prayer service Friday afternoon!
